The secure shopping cart calculates shipping charges by the approximate weight of your order.  It is very accurate for most orders.  However, in some cases, the actual weight or the use of flat rate packaging can lower the shipping charge.

Our Promise to You:

You will never be charged more for shipping than what the shopping cart calculates.  After packaging your order, if the actual shipping charge is lower than the shopping cart's original calculation, a reduced shipping cost will be charged.  An email will also be sent to you, notifying you of the lowered rate.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Note:  All products and books that are described as being shipped directly from the manufacturer or publisher, are ordered for you within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  However, please allow for the time stated on the specific product page (generally 2 to 3 weeks) for production and delivery time. 

For the items that ship directly from our location, Pug Notes packages each item with care, but cannot be responsible for damage after it leaves our hands.  Therefore, insurance is recommended and provided for an extra charge.  Most packages can be covered for loss or damage for as low as $1.65.  Please contact me to add this service.

Shipping prices quoted on website are for orders sent within the USA shipped by Priority Mail.

Gift Certificates, Note Cards and Address & Shipping Labels are happily offered to you with Free Shipping.  These items are sent promptly to their destinations by First Class Mail.

Returns and Refunds  

If you need to return your order, please contact me before shipping your package.

Items returned in a resalable condition within 30 days of the purchase date will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

After 30 days, a store credit will be issued for the full amount minus the cost of shipping.

Items that are evaluated as not able to be resold will be handled on a individual basis in a professional manner. 

Items deemed with a manufacturer's defect will be replaced at no charge.
