All orders are shipped using the US Postal Service within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Parrotlet Art packages each item with care, but cannot be responsible for damage after it leaves our hands.  Therefore, insurance is recommended and provided for an extra charge.  Most packages can be covered for loss or damage for as low as $1.65.  Please contact me to add this service.

Shipping prices quoted on website are for orders sent within the USA shipped by Priority Mail.

If you need to return your order, please contact me before shipping your package.

Items returned in a resalable condition within 30 days of the purchase date will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

After 30 days, a store credit will be issued for the full amount minus the cost of shipping.

Items that are evaluated as not able to be resold will be handled on a individual basis in a professional manner. 

Items deemed with a manufacturer's defect will be replaced at no charge.
